  • Submission of abstracts for contributed talks/posters: December 1, 2026 - February 28, 2027

  • Announcement of accepted contributed talks/posters: March 31, 2027

  • Early-Bird Registration: April 1, 2027 - May 31, 2027

  • Deadline for registration at regular fee: June 30, 2027

  • Late registration after: July 1, 2027

  • Deadline for submission of abstracts for invited talks: July 31, 2027

For accompanying person: Please include Rs 18000 (Indian) / € 300 (Foreigner)

NOTE

  1. 18% GST (Good and Service Taxes) is included in the Registration Fee. 

  2. All registration fee categories include registration kit, access to all technical sessions, breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee/snacks, and the banquet dinner.

  3. Registration with accommodation at the Institute Guest House is available on a first-come, first-served basis, as the number of rooms is limited.

  4. For students and postdocs, only double-occupancy accommodation is available in the Guest House.

  5. ***Participants who do not opt for accommodation at the Institute Guest House are requested to book their stay at nearby hotels in Pune. A list of recommended hotels, with negotiated rates, is provided on the Accommodation page.

  6. Daily pickup and drop-off services will be provided for participants staying at hotels outside the IISER Pune campus to facilitate their travel to and from the conference venue.

  7. International attendees will be provided with pickup from Pune Airport to IISER Pune or their respective hotels, as well as drop-off from IISER Pune or their hotels to Pune Airport.
